| John Michael Hartman This is a big hit for the medical marijuana folks in Ohio. You have my sympathy. John Hartman, founder of Northcoast NORML & Ohio Cannabis Society passed away this week. A major activist for Ohio's marijuana reform! I am quite upset right now, so will write more later....... Cher He was the main influence for marijuana reform in Ohio! There will be an encampment or festival planned for celebrating his life sometime this spring. North Ohio NORML
