Buy a big house in the middle of nowhere with a lake/river, its own grounds, and enough outbuildings to store a LOT of cars in. Then fill said outbuildings with said cars, handpicked and modified/worked on by me.

Then i'd take an original VW bug convertible and stick a top end porsche 911 engine in it, modified and drive it daily.

Then i'd set up a show on TV and pay Alan Titchmarsh, a uk tv.. i'd say personality but its innacurate cuz he has none.. a uk tv dull as ditchwater pansy mofo, a quarter million to fight me on national prime time television. And anyone who subsequently annoyed me. It'd make me more money i'm sure.

Then i'd go around the world collecting every good strain of cannabis i can find, and set up a perpetual grow, with them all.

Then i'd buy one of every model of car made by Hyundai and blow it up/shoot/napalm/thermite/every form of destruction i can find to it. And honda. And Nissan.

Then i'd find a beautiful young woman in her early 20s and pay her well, give her the best pension and health benefits money can buy, to be my personal ball washer. I'm rich! All rich people acquire things, but none of them would have that. Guaranteed. You can keep your 16,000 dollar umberella stand, i'll take my personal ball washer thanks. Need clean balls.

Then i'd see how much it'd cost to spend a week in bed with Sandra Bullock and that hot laydee from Hancock

I'm sure i could think of some more, given time lol

EDIT: oh yea! i'd go buy one of those Spitfire aeroplane kits from australia
