I hate the name of this forum, and feel like I should stay outside.
I am in the process of quitting smoking cigarettes right now, and I hate everyone!

Good luck with the quitting videoman. Its not an easy task. I havent had a smoke in almost 4 months and still crave them every now and then. Be strong you can do it.

Thank you very much. I am/was a horrible smoker.
I started smoking cigarettes at 8 years old.
I'm about 50 now, and when I'm stressed, I can easily do 3 packs a day.
I have a pack done before lunch.

i quiet too 3 years ago, smoked big pack of hand-rolling tobacco a day if no even more. it was tough, but you can manage it if you cut it cold off, my last half pack went in the trash and the next 3 days i been pissed on everything coming my way but after week i feel relaxed and after 3-4 week i noticed i could taste things better - far better again, and my lung started to feel free. after 5-6 weeks no, but really no cravings for a smoke.

but i have to admit that i did quiet smoking weed in that time to for half a year, just to check if i could do so and would be tough enough for both... cigarettes been tough on me at first but weed, no cravings in the beginning with and so on.

No problem man. You can definatley do it. I was smoking roughly the same amount as you per day. 2 packs a day but ours have 25 smokes per pack. Now that im smoking them anymore i feel much better and have alot more spare cash kicking around.its kinda nice. Just remember you can do it if ya want.

I need to quit again as well.

I have been smoking for about 16 years.
I have cut way back now.
I smoke marlboro ultra lights and about a half to 3 guartes a pack a day.

The last time I quit was awesome.

After about 3 days the nicotine is out of your system.
So if you can just keep your mind off it you can kick it bro.

I quit for 6 months. I got married and started back. Got an anulment and I have not quit again yet.

When I did quit about 3 days into it every time I smoke kynde bud I started feeling like I was tripping a little.

I thought I was having flash backs.

I always wondered about flash backs since I have tripped upwards of 44 times.
I lost count. I can not trip anymore. Too scared. This is another story. Back to the ciggs.

I also felt like I had much more energy. It seems like the ciggs make you feel run down and they just make you feel bad in general.

I hope to quit again after the first of the year.

I am currently living with my roommate who is also my best friend of 15 + years.

He smokes like a freight train.

I feel like once I am not around it all the time it will be easier for me to quit again.



Don't let anybody tell you otherwise; if you guit smoking ciggarettes it is one of the most mounmental things a person can do.
