that i hate Ebay and all those low life losers on it that rip you off?! well, some may remember that i successfully bid for a vapir one V4.0 a few weeks ago - okay after it toke the guy more then 2 weeks to send me his data so i could send him his money for the thing - no paypal he wanted, which was fine with me as i boycott paypal as they won't allow money transactions on guns and gun parts, but now the twist - the most vital parts of the unit, besides this itself, been missing.

Sure, i have now a few balloons, a vapir that seems to run - BUT I LACK THE DISK HOLDER AS THE DISK THAT BEEN PART OF THE AUCTION!!!
believe me, i'm in red heat right now - and to ebay: I been now fooled a few times in the past weeks on ebay and i will now finally quiet on em, that was the last time i try to buy there stuff, and as soon as i got this settled i will delay my account there for good!

AND IF YOU WANT TO DO GREEN A FAVOR - DON'T COME ME WITH EBAY EVER AGAIN!!

Hey GN, Did you check the guy's feedback score before you bid on the vape? I wouldn't blame Ebay for some jerk's bad practices.

i did, and till now he had a 100% perfect score - as all the others had too. this feedback is so easy to fix if you know your ways around and ebay knows this as well for years now and still haven't showed any action on the problem. it is a system problem and not the case of a few jerks on ebay. it is just as with all that notification spam they send you for every little PR idea they come up - sure you got the option to call it off, but hey why listening to a customer that is pissed about all that spam? boy lets send him more of that shit!

on every not auction related email i get from them i went for the disclaimer and "deactivated" my email from there list and the next day i got again some BS spam from them in my account. all i asked for was to be left alone by them, i emailed them this - as i did with complains about their members the ripped me off and all i got was no answer from ebay but suddenly email threats from some of those assholes. so my guess was that ebay didn't investigated this but went straight to these low lives and told em to silence me before i ruin both their businesses with my complains which are valid.

so, fighting doesn't brought me any closer to get my rights on ebay and before i get a heard attack over this shit i just going to ignore em and wait to see it cripple and fall - ebay is fighting it slow downfall for the past 3 years by now as more and more competition pops up and the problems of ebay become more known to the public. My guess - in 3 to 5 years they will be gone if they not happen to take major overhauls. and i can watch this and enjoy while puffing my pipe!
