Default Growers and 100% Use of their end Product

Ive been growing for a long time, about 11 years in march. Its been off and on, and never anything large scale. However, there are many of you that grow on a much larger scale than anything ive personally been a part of.

Now, up until 3 years ago, i would trash everything but the buds as they had no use to me. Since then ive learned to make hash oil, edibles, etc out of everything....And as a result of my next grow i plan to attempt to make paper out of everything i make hash oil out of (As, the alchohol extraction also acts as a bleaching process so there isnt far to go after the fact).

I know many people here are all about 100% useage of everything and go by the motto "Dont throw it out!"........so i want to hear from those people.

Another idea i had would be to use the main stalk from large outdoor plants as Canes, etc.........strongest plant fibers on earth!

The stem, if kept long, can be dried and the fibers used for macrame.

I would think that if you had a big, woody stem like a small tree it could be dried and maybe made into some kind of smoking device? Smoking the plant with the plant would seem like a cool idea to me.
