Rep Power: 27 | | Good Wishes from Portland!
Hi everyone, haven't been around too much since the theft of my plant a couple weeks back. doin' fine, been busy with kids, cars, and life - all the usual stuff! finally got my rubbermaid finished, ended up pretty cool. moved my tiny clones into it to see how they do!!! so far, they seem pretty sad, so I'm hoping all the reflected light in the bin, plus the basic air flow system, will perk them up!
Other than that, it's a cold, damp evening here in P-Town, and I'm thinkin' about having a fireside party! lol.... that may not happen... but I hope everyone's evenings are going fine, and crops doing well

I'll be around especially if I have any more trouble with these clones!!! I sure hope they take, they're off the plant that was stolen, so it would be VERY cool to keep those genes going!!! otherwise, I have a stockpile of seeds, so I'll just start over with a new breed! only problem is that I don't have any idea what kind any of them are! lol, but it's cool, the suprise is always fun! :D
on a side note, anyone ever heard of a plant being brought back from being chopped down ?

I hear of it all the time,, This year when I had to chop down a male I chopped him about a few inches from the ground,, Well that stump continued to grow, I had to bury him,, I would say it just depends on how much of the plant you were left with,,,Do you have something going on,,,

well my plant that was stolen was cut at the bottom, but it has the first branch nodes left, so I figured *shrug* why the hell not try at least, right? So I've been watering it and keeping it in my garden window, and I'm convinced it's still living! but I've had a couple people tell me I'm being silly, there's no way it could come back from that, I must be too much of an optimist! lol But I couldn't NOT try, at least!

For sure it is going to come back if it has a node or two,, I wouldn't bring it in the house though and take the chance of bringing any bugs in the house... You don't want anything to happen to your inside grow,,,

It's far away from my grow it's pretty sad sitting there, I've started calling her "Stumpy" LOL because it's really just the trunk of the plant in a bucket. We had already cut off the bottom branches, so it has those two nodes, undamaged because I snipped them just out from the fork
