Nick Hogan Gets Eight Months in the Slammer

Nick Hogan threw himself at the mercy of the judge today in Clearwater, FL in his felony reckless driving case -- and he got just a lil' bit. Hogan was sentenced to eight months in jail, five years' probation and 500 hours community service, and the judge yanked his license for three years.

His victim -- and once best bud -- John Graziano's family had asked for a year in the slammer, but the judge didn't go quite that far. Nick apologized to the family in his statement, which, according to the Grazianos, would've been the first time he'd ever done so.

Damn, that's what happens when you're spoiled and don't have to truly be accountable for your actions. Now he'll be paying attention when he's duckin' and runnin' from Bubba!!
