|  they sure have an odd way to hit the bowl in Texas!  maybe i'm a bad PR designer but with that title of the festival i would have gone with a plain white background: Taxas NORML Smokeout, #6, date and place and not a drop more of ink - would stick out like a phone post dangling 6ft high across your road you traveling on. at least i would get my attention, that i'm sure off
