The following is a guide to the finer points of "mulling and packing" and running a "sesh" properly - there once was a book titled "The Mullers and Packers Handbook" printed in the late 70's in Australia - This is a semi tribute to that book !
Firstly............
There are 3 main players in the "sesh":
1. The Scorer - is responsible for acquiring the smoke and ensuring highest quality and value for money. He/she must also do this in the minimal amount of time and not get busted/followed home by the cops ,also they must be honest or you may risk "road tax" on the delivered item/s.
2. The Constructor - is someone who can build the bong if the host has no bong (see item 3).The constructor must ensure the bong is airtight and easy to use , also he must consult the other members of the "sesh" as to placement of the "shotgun" hole ( i.e front/side/back ).Good constructors are usually tradesmen ( i.e plumber ) or someone who is good with their hands AND has access to a supply of orchy bottles and garden hose.
3. The Host - will supply the venue for the "sesh".the venue must be secure and contain all of the following requirements:
a) Comfortable seating ( i.e beanbags- minimum milk crates)
b) Mull Bowl
c) Ambient Music and or TV (preferably TV on sound down and Stereo on sound up)
d) Light Refreshments (minimum water and sao biscuits)

Now with all those requirements taken care of it's time to call in the ......
Muller and Packer
- the muller is seated central to the group so he/she can access all , he must also determine the worthiness of the bong and check for water/air leaks before the "sesh".
Upon determining the readiness of the bong and having given the constructor a status report , the muller is ready to begin mulling.
A good muller will bring his own chopping tools , as you will see he probably has lost fingers from other host's scissors/knives.If he has no tools the host must supply scissors/knife and board or mulamatic and first aid kit.
Once the mix has been graded and de-seeded ( if needed) the muller gives a status report to the group on the size and quality of the deal ( at this time the scorer may be questioned by the group)
Also at this time the question of tobacco (spin) being added to the mix and percentage can be discussed.
Once these points have been addressed the" sesh" is ready to commence!

During the "sesh" the muller is responsible for the following items:
1.Smooth flow of cones to each participant.
2. Supply of functional lighter and or matches.
3. To ensure no seed/blockage of cones occurs (user is entitled to a "refund" cone)
4. To ensure each participant receives equal portions of the mix.
5. To prompt storyteller/mic users (see below)
6. To announce at least 1 cone before the mix is gone that the mix is nearly gone.
7. To regularly inspect the bong water level and ensure the cone is clean at all times.
8. The muller is entitled to the first and last cone.
9.The muller must also police the following offences:

i) Storyteller - Mic user / this person will get a packed bong then not smoke it ,but tell stories for as long as they can get away with it ( thus making the muller forget who's cone was next)
ii) Seat Swapper
This character will usually during a "story" or after a trip to the dunny - change his seating so to his advantage as to become the next person after himself to have a cone.
iii) Self Packer
This bugger will offer to pack his/her own cone the try and jam as much in as possible and then try to pull it normally ( thus testing the structural integrity of the bong)
iiii) Drop Ins
The muller must determine the worthiness of drop ins (i.e contributions to the bowl)

Online Smoking Tips!
1.Keep your bong away from the p.c!
2 ok you wont listen then do this - put your c.p.u above the ground at desk height ( to avoid spillages)
3. Keep wires/power boards away from bong "drop zone"
4. Keypad with bong water in it recovery tips:
i) Invert keypad immediately! ( turn upside down!)
ii) Unplug from c.p.u immediately!
