if there isn't a scale in this kit the material value of it won't be above 50 bucks... besides that the preparation isn't shown in the right way - at least not how we been told to do back in the lab days "never put more then ONE sample source on one plate!"...

we should figure out what is in those kits and get a shopping list up to get em DIY
