I saw him play live once...and I can honestly say the only other artist I have ever seen thats on the same level IMO live is Johnny Lang...Not that I have seen them all but those two let it flow from their souls dude...they get top shelf in my collection...Good stuff bro.

Was just listening to this with Ziggy, she has loved him since before he was popular , He is very good, I like Jonny Lang also. Great stuff,, I hear Jack Johnson made good money as a great surfer...

I heard the same...I read he almost died surfing...then gave it up as a profession and picked up a camera to freelance for a few surf mags or something like that before he made it big...to me the fact that the guy gives back to his community makes me respect him as a good person and not just as a fan of his music
