i just stumbled upon these guys on youtube, and i must say, i am impressed. this song is haunting and brutally melodic. i love every second of it. smoke one, listen to this with an open mind, and share your thoughts.
A Dying God Coming Into Human Flesh
as an afterthought, here are the lyrics to the song:
All is cold and frozen.
Frozen the sea, frozen the sky.
Frozen is death, but I cannot die.
Cannot die.
As the falls.
To cover this all.
And all is cold.
And cold is all.
All is cold and cold is all.
Cold. Frozen.
Frozen is heaven and frozen is hell.
And I am dying in this living human shell.
I am a dying God, coming into human flesh.
I am a dying God. Frozen my heart.
Frozen my soul.
Frozen my love.
I am a dying God, coming into human flesh.

Is this the same people that wrote the poem you posted earlier? Or were those lyrics? They sound good. I usually dont listen to music that heavy, but i like the song. Good post.

Wow, Celtic Frost has really grown up. I used to listen to them in the 80s, they had none of the melody and 'artsy-ness' that is on display here. (except Bosch on their album artwork).
Their debut album 'Morbid Tales' is a classic. 'To Mega Therion' is also very good.
I stopped listening to them at some point, cool to see they're still around!

i dont know why, but this song just reaches deep inside me and stirs up old feelings.
i cant explain it, it just opens things up in my mind, in my inner being.
then i remember these verses from the Bible, and i pause inside. like there is just a quiet "still" deep inside, an acceptance, if you will. i know it doesnt make sense, but that is the best way i can describe it. any thoughts?
34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said,Ye are gods? -John 10:34
6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. -Psalms 82:6

Celtic frost is cool. Dimmu Borgir is even cooler and uses alot of symphony in their songs.

here is an interesting interview with the lead guy in Celtic Frost. it is very candid and he expounds quite a bit on the woes of the music industry, and other issues. very cool. as opposed to creating another thread, i though i'd post it here.
