Thanks for all the nice comments, all! I bought some Caron Simply Soft yarn yesterday. Thought I'd make my best friend something for her birthday in January~ probably the hooded scarf I've been thinking about. That's a nice, mindless project that won't require counting stitches... good to do while watching tv. Maybe I'll start tonight, while NCIS is on.

I have been wanting to make a hooded scarf, I like making scarfs, they are pretty easy and you really can be creative with them. I will look at a pattern and use some of that with my own ideas,,, So your an NCIS watcher too. I don't watch too much tv but I do tune into that each day on USA...lol

I don't have very many channels and don't get USA, so I relish NCIS on Tuesday nights... provided it comes in!

(I live down in a "holler" and, ever since the digital switch, I'm lucky to get the 2 or 3 stations that come in. Or usually come in.)

Well, maybe if I upgrade my DSL, I could watch shows. It takes too long to load to watch there. That's okay... between tv and computer, I'm on my butt too much anyway! Hahaha!
