anybody read this book. this book pisses me off. its so slow and the plot make me mad. I am reading this for Ethics threw literature for my college class. I have to write an essay illustrating the problems in medical ethics. Can anybody give me some pointers and direction. Also can you point me to some research paper and support places.

the ethical issue is the wrong treatment of patients. And the patients freedoms are lost in a mental hospital. The poor are left to rot while the rich have better health care. misuse of patients. they are used in research projects and have no say to there treatment. There is no work ethics in the book. It shows Dr. and nurses caring on there jobs with fraternization between patients and between staff. Patients are mishandled and thought of as animals.
