Hi all.

Like many of you, I've been growing polyhybrids for years now.

however...I remember back in the early 80's that some of the first "green pot" we saw was a very, very tasty Afghani. I actually saved and grew a few of these seeds out in my backyard MANY, MANY years ago before i ever thought of taking it up as a hobby....and suprisingly enough...I ended up with a nice sack of lime green nugs without knowing WTF I was fdoing whatsoever. Ahhh...isn't NATURE grand sometimes?

So who here has grown out a good Afghani or a good Hashplant variety from seed...and whaich seed company did you get those seeds from? I'd like to AVOID any crosses and find a true HP/Affie, if possible....

sensi seeds - afghan#1

huge bad dark grean leaves (way too big for indoor cropping in my view) heavy and fast. grows and looks like weed on steroids
heavy hash flavour and stone.. i loved it, and i'm not much of an indoor grower. i will test it outdoors ASAP

but i'd like to one day be able to compare em with the stuff the afghans have in their own country, just to see if sensi is 4real or not

I was thinking about trying DNA's Pure Afghan for my next grow. I can't vouch for it personally, but I have tried their LA Confidential and was quite pleased. I've also smoked Sensi's Afghani #1 and thought that it was some top notch smoke as well.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that Reserva Privada also offers a Pure Pakistani as well.
