I'm looking for those also. Mine are so bushy I can hardly reach through them without breaking a branch. I'll take more pictures tonight and post them on "My new grow room" thread. |

That is why the marketplace doesn't promote or support their growth. For all the time and effort put in to them, the profit isn't there.

THIS landrace yields quite more than most of the strains Highgrade seeds has to offer. The funny thing is, the buds arent wispy like most Landrace Sativa's, All of the grow logs have shown they put out rock hard buds. It goes anywhere from 10-12 weeks depending on how you like your buzz

I believe that is not a true landrace strain. Mostly Sativa ~ Hawaiian Kona Gold Not sure how they consider this strain to be a landrace when they also claim it's mostly Sativa.

yeah, im not sure how highgrade gets his "Landraces" same with the blacks ..the description doesnt quite add up, but I do know that Kona Gold is a landrace on the Big Island. So having a sortve landrace strain toots my horn, specially when its unlike any other bud around. I dont know any other strains that smell like a lemon head candy/mountain dew with a super up buzz. Its a favorite wiht a lot of HGS vets

I will be seeking out landrace strains to grow, perhaps even breed/crossbreed in the future.
I just bought something called NEPALI
It's suppose to the ADAM/EVE of all marijuana.
I'm hoping to grow it out and see if I can't cross it with other landrace strains.

I heard Top44 is a quick producer (6 weeks flowering if you are really good), and grows a single solid stalk if you trim early.

Thanks all
I hear that Nightshades, LA Confidential and Himalaya gold are also corn stalk type too.

my moms white rhino grew as one main bud. The plant was about 20", kinda looked like a christmas tree. The cuttings I got from that plant arent doing the same thing though.
I figured that hers did it because of how tight she packs her plants in her rooms.
If the plant isnt getting any side light from the start then the side branches wont grow as much(leggy plants will still be leggy of course). Just a thought though

hi! first post here, hopefully it's useful.
I think two strains that I've seen that really match your cornstalk request are:
- Avalanche from High Grade Seeds - click for grow log and pics
- Pure Power Plant from Nirvana-Shop - click for N-S product page and pics | | The Following 2 Users Say Thank You to masonwinston For This Useful Post: | |

Hi Mason, do you know anyone that's grown either one of those strains?
Oh, and welcome to Green Passion.

Oh, and welcome to Green Passion. | no, I dont know anyone personally who has grown either of those strains.
I've been doing quite a bit of studying w/regards to cannabis, finding out what strains are good medically, how different strains grow, yields, etc. most of what I "know" comes from user opinions/grow logs that I read. I'm actually an injured worker in a non-MM state, so I dont have the option to move away from the powerful opiates I need for pain relief. I'm essentially medicating vicariously thru you all, until I'm able to head to a "friendlier" state.
PPP seems to have a good following of very happy cultivators, is reportedly easy to grow, has very good yields, and is said to demonstrate high potency.
Avalanche doesnt seem to have the following that PPP currently enjoys, but I've gotten the impression that this is due more to a lack of marketing than a lack of quality. this strain also is an easy grow, high yielder that is quite powerful in its own right. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
