Sleepy time strains

No caffeine, the occasional soda or pop depending on where you are from. Never had coffee in my life. No naps and my weed, I'm not sure it's pretty decent that's all I know. And I am not on any meds ever. So far I have been blessed with good health, my mental health is a little shakey...lol.

I have similar music tastes my friend nothing like "pure" music.

I was just coming to this forum to see if anyone could suggest a nighttime sleeping strain...seems me and Giggles are in the same boat..

Little background so's ya understand WHY I don't always sleep too long.

10 years of OTR, long-haul truckin will just about do-in anyones normal sleep pattern. I slept in 2-4 hr. "naps" for the better part of those years, cause someone, somewhere was screaming to get whatever was in my trailer or on the flatdeck. Never really got out of the habit, and been off the road now for 7 years. Only times I've slept more than 5 hrs. in a row was after my Mom passed away, and a bit of depression set-in for a couple months..once I got over that it was back to 4-5 hrs. max a night. I go to bed at 0100 (or later) and wake up at 5:30 pretty much on the dot. And no, never been in the military and didn't grow up on a farm.

Meniere's is a Mother F&^$#! of a disease, and the drugs they want you to take can really put you to sleep, but to be honest I want nothing to do anymore with Valium and Phenagren...too friggin addictive and they don't really work to control the Meniere's symptoms...they can dull them a bit, but nothing even in the league of what a couple tokes of a decent smoke can do...and without any of the nasty side effects of Valium.

Weed is truly a Godsend to many. I can only guess about the kinds of pain you all deal with...my wife is in the same boat with her back, arms and feet. All due to severe back injuries as a young adult. She does not smoke, but has sure thought about it a few times. She may give that stem tea a shot though, once I collect enough stem pieces.

Meniere's doesn't have "pain" in the traditional sense...but 12 hrs. of continious barfing caused by a severe Vertigo attack can cause all manner of body pains...mostly strained muscles, etc.

I'll start another thread about searching for the ultimate Meniere's MJ Bomb, but am wondering where I can get a few seeds from one of these ultra make-you-sleep-like-the-dead strains?
