Default Seeds, Lucky Me

Hello to all,

I was trimming some of my buddys buds this weekend and I found some seeds. My question to you all is, Do I need to let the seeds sit for a bit before I attempt to germinate or can I go for it now. This strain is GDP (GrandDaddyPurple) Picture below.

Not sure if I'm reading more into your reply than I should ... if the seeds are pale white - is there anything you can do? To get a plant out of one

if they are really pale white they are not good to good and pretty much useless. if they are pale brownish they could be just fine as some strains have quiet light colored seeds - why you don't post a picture of those and then i could tell you a bit more

i've noticed seeds that are made under lower light levels seem to take longer to form and to get dark. but the seeds evan if white as long as they have some striping or spots of colar on them they can sometimes be good

Default Pics of seeds

These are two pics of the same seeds (different view)

I'm curious about the white ones with stripes having followed this thread.

Some of them are dark with stripes (know these are usually 'good')

Some are dark with a greenish tint - little if any striping

Then there's white ones with stripes and white ones without ... I usually kept the largest of the white ones figuring they could be thrown in the ground somewhere one day

I guess we'll go by the book, dark and striped good, pale without not as good, keeping in mind that some strains have light seeds. So my friends lets just try them all.
