im having the worst luck with my femanized seeds. all my g13 seeds went male. they were said to be femanized. I know its not "theattitudes" fault. Its more on the seedbank with claims theyre females in the first place. basically im asking who has had the best luck with seedbanks producing real true femanized seeds. i know its really impossible to get 100% females but they have methods to get really close to getting 70%-80% females.
like i said the g13 seedbank let me down. ALL males. Im starting to wonder if the more reputable seedsbanks like sensiseeds, greenhouse, soma, and thseeds are more expensive and popular for a reason. I've read some articles by soma himself on femanizing methods. I think its time for me to check out his stuff for myself and see how good his methods are. the dude is like a 50 year old hippie with a 5ft dread on his chin! he's gotta know something!
i tend to believe, when choosing a seedbank to check out the user ratings first.
im sorry to hear it went bad for you.
although those seedbanks you mentioned are inflated on hype they tend to deliver more or less what they advertise, though i have a personal bias against greenhouse seeds as their reputable legendary breeders left ...

thx for the info. i had some back ups from dutch passion (passion #1) but they were the smallest things i've ever seen in my life. none of them germ'd. I complained and they told me to send any unsatisfactory seeds back. im kinda questionable about mailing some seeds back. have you ever received any immature tiny seeds. or do you stick with clones
i breed my own, but have bought once a pack of skunk1 from sensi. they were large and mature.
the size of the seed also depends alot on the strain. ive had sativas from S america that were tiny black things compared to the skunks for example, as well as large ones here in aus. depends. if they are very light coloured or have a shrivelled base they will very probably be imature.
I've read Soma's articles on feminizing in Treating Yourself magazine. He seems to have quite a bit of knowledge on the matter. I'm going to be trying out some Lavender fems as soon as I can get my next grow going.
