That sounds like it is company specific, meaning it is only one companies policy.
This is a prohibition, and as technology advances, the world is getting smaller and smaller, a hard place to hide, if need be.
Every company seems to have it's quirks.

Someone I know placed a rather large seed order recently, it was his 1st order with this company, and they shipped it registered mail from the uk to the us, registered means this person had to show photo ID and sign for them. Can you imagine?

Obviously everything went fine, but can you understand how scared he must of been walking into the usps?

Hello All, NM is trying to past laws for medical MJ in there state,and the DEA and the 3-stooges are putting pressure on the UK.The Uk is putting it on there seed banks that are senting to the usa{NM}.Dose anyone know if it's just one state that this is happening in or the whole USA.I'am want to see what KP fines out.Heres something everybody needs to look at,VP channey has instated alot of NO SEE what I'am doing policy,meaning that the Goverment watch dogs and all of us can not fine out what he is doing.Like the wire taps looking for terrorist.All pass VP where not able to do this.John walters says if you smoke MJ you are a terrorizes.
