Default Low(est) anxiety strains
my wife likes to smoke with me on occasion - but sometimes gets a touch of anxiety both when smoking and when not

Does anyone know from experience or reliable first person accounts (not the info posted on the bank's site) of strains that are known for being very anti-anxiety (but not couch lock)?

I did the big internet search and I am considering strawberry cough. I would also be interested if you think this is not strain dependent but an individual reaction.

Your insights are always valued

I have OCD big time anxiety. Stay with Indica strains and stay away from Sativa. That is my personal find. The sativa gives you a heady high and for anxiety I find you want something more calming or couch lock.
