its only legal in countries where industrial hemp is legal. so i guess canada is included? though i would like to know how an american court would rule... after all there no thc in it, any analysis would show that

they would still imprison the person, american legal system doesnt care, if it looks like weed it must be weed.

I have been reading this afternoon about the certification that is included with the package and it only gives you legality if you grow within the European Union frontiers and you grow this specific hemp, so in my opinion, the USO-31 certificate will not be honored in any court in Canada, not to mention USA
Also note that if you are within the EU you should do a search in your local legislation as in some countries you must inform the authorities when you are growing legal hemp

Hemp is not legal in the U.S. Companies have tried getting it legalized, but the Feds wouldn't allow it.
