Rep Power: 114 | | Anyone heard of Fruit Punch?
I just came across someone selling Fruit Punch clones. Says its a cross between blueberry and mango. Sounds great to me. Has anyone had any experience with growing this strain? I'd like to know if it was easy to grow, length of flowering time and if the yield was poor or good. I'm waiting for the grower to respond but thought I might get faster help with my questions right here. Thanks

I worry about starting from seed when I have so many of us counting on a certain yield each month. I read lots of posts where they started with 10 seeds and ended up with 2 females after many weeks of growing. That really wouldn't work out well for my group. Most of the time you pay $5-$6.00 per seed and I can buy the clones for $10-$15.00 and I don't have the gamble of throwing half of them away. We're starting to grow our own clones because the local clone man is really flakey and we can't count on him.

Sounds like they have two strains of the fruit punch, red and electric. It's the electric that I have a chance to buy if the guy ever returns my e-mail.

The Electric Fruit Punch at HGS looks pretty good. It is a strong Indica and HGS says it produces a "big yield". I almost got this last week when my wifey bought me some Black Ice for my b day. It will be something I will get next I think.
Here is the description 70% Indica - 30% Sativa Indoor/Greenhouse Electric Fruit Punch is an exclusive Highgrade cross between the legendary Blueberry and Mango strains. As the name implies you get extreme fruity flavor that packs a HUGE punch! Big yielder of high octane bud! Amazing aroma! Finishes in about 9 weeks and easy to grow. Height: 4 ft
Flowering Time: 9 weeks

Thanks for all the help but the guy e-mailed me to say he sold out instantly and won't have more for about 2 more months. That's what I'm up against around here...they go fast. You have to be on the internet all the time so you can be the first response.

Sorry to hear you missed it LOTF. If you want check out HGS they have 10 seeds for $55. Like I said I just ordered on Thursday last week and got my seeds this morning in the mail. Plus he gave me a few extras too so that way it is a pretty good deal.
All you need is 50% female and you would have 6-7 plants then you can clone them. 6 plants would work out 9 bucks each still cheaper then a clone? IMO
Check his site the grow journals are very good (strain specific) and if you ask HGS a question he will respond in no time at all.
