i have a cross of sour diesel and master kush we'll call "sour kush"

i also have a cross of black domina X sour diesel we'll call "black diesel"

these have been my stablized strains for some time...
i just recently got a clone of jacks cleaner, wich as i just found, is a 4-way cross.

once i cross the black diesel with the jacks cleaner, do you think that would be one helluva cross, or just too much of a mess of unstable hermies and phenotypes?

I'm no expert by a long shot but, it seems to me such cross/overcross//multicross strains would simply create a jumble of genes which wouldn't be stable or consistent.
I believe in an original cross between two stabilized strains being the best example of proper breeding.

Crossing a Labrador with a Standard Poodle makes for an excellent cross. What you are proposing seems like taking these Labradoodle puppies and crossing them with Chihuahua's and Great Danes simply to improve upon the original cross.

I would think even a four-way cross is going to an extreme. It may work out to be beneficial the first time around but, will it remain stable or will different phenomes appear from each seed produced ?

yea, that is a lot of crosses. i think i might try it out with ust pollenating a branch or 2 and just see what happens.
