When I went to check on the girls this morning I noticed one bud was drooping. I took this as a sign that it was time to sample and promptly cut the bud off. I'll most likely water cure it until the weekend and then sample it. I didn't see any amber trichomes so it should be a good motivational high. I'm sure it will help motivate me to do some chores this weekend :-)

Cheers,
R

PS I appreciate the comments on my photo. If anyone has any photography related questions I would be happy to help.

haha, yeah you do have to be rather particular as to what sort of chore you do.

Cool! Is that using your little RadioShack microscope and your digital camera jangel? I'm also curious what you used for light source. I'm guessing that it was hps.

Ya, I will try to remember to do that smoke report. I might not be able to wait till the weekend so perhaps I can give a report on a 3 day water cure as well I'm curious how good it is compared to the stuff I've been purchasing. I haven't really noticed any differences in the high for the stuff I've been buying. The only difference was the smell, I'm willing to bet one batch was done at a pig farm :-) Thankfully the ammonia like smell soon faded.

Cheers,
R

Hey Ron! Yes, the microscope is the hand held from Radioshack and my digital camera, just lined them up on a table, with a leaf under the micro, I focused it up first, then it is kind of like aiming for a pinpoint of light, which is the microscope eyepeice. No other light source than the micro light. I put it on automatic, and just gently clicked it and There ya go! Pretty kewl aiy?
