I am happy that I managed to save bunkmate's genetics as he was a fine specimen of a cannibis male. I still have a few seeds from mother plant's batch, so those genetics are not lost, either.

As for the loss of plants, as knottyd says, "all water under the bridge". I learned something new so they were not a real loss anyways. A real loss would have left me with no new experience in growing.
