like i said this is my first time cloning. i tried rooting in rockwool and planting in soil but i think next time im gonna try that suspending in water method ive been seeing. looks like people are getting real good results with that. | first, did you use some good cloning hormone to speed up things as you have no pure sativa strain here - most mixed strain will still halfway good to clone without a agent but it will increase your success rate and on pure indica strains it become a must-have, especially with the older strains, or not to many will make the trip.

and thanks for the link you posted earlier, ill check that out in a few.

i would really be interested in learning more about your DIY stuff and, if your interested, i'll share some details about my own experience with cloning. i'm new to growing, one crop so far, but my success rate with cloning was close to 95%.

UPDATES!!!
So after losing a few leaves on the bag seed due to pH troubles, all is back to normal and they're doing well. Ive got some really weird growth on some of em, but isn't that the fun of bag seed? You never know what you'll get.
Aside from that the clones are really showing new growth and catching up to the bag seed fast. This makes me real happy as Sour Diesel is one of my favorite strains but i cant wait to see what this bag seed brings.
So far out of the 10 plants ive grown only 1 has been a male. Hopefully I get just as much good luck with these babies!
Clones doing well -
Wtf is that leaf?!?!? Its only got 2 blades -
Is this a sativa or indica? lol I guess its both! -
I'll lose a few leaves on the bottom, but at least they're doing better now -
And theres nothing really new happening in the flower room but ill post some when i can!

So after a bit of a hiatus from the internet i feel i badly need to become involved again. I figured i would start off by finishing the grow journal i started.
Since the last post all 4 girls have been cut, dried, cured and stored. I think my total harvest (dried) was around 5oz. Not too bad for a 250w thats probably a year old. Speaking of, I just replaced it with a brand new Hortilux Eye.
Also, one last thing. I finally figured out what my friend who gave me these seeds was talking about. The Sour D from this grow was actually his own breeding project. Turns out ive been growing Double Sour D x Casey Jones. That
And now on to the photos -

and Hash Oil!!!!!
I think ill wait to start a new journal until I get some new strains to try out. Thanks to everyone who helped or replied!!!

When I look at your journal I can't help but say I'm LOVIN IT! But then I realize it sounds like a McDonald's commercial and I hate those racist bastards!!!@! Ah, sorry....anyways I am seriously in awe at those buds! The DSD looks so freakin good with all those pretty colors!
I love the walls you built around it and the fact that you can actually have a veg and flower area. This is what I hope to have at some point in life whether it be in my house or apartment or whatever. Keep it up dude im fully interested in this one.
