well my plants were sufferring from zinc deficiency. At first I thought I may have over watered so I let them sit for awhile with no water. That didn't work. So I did a little research and this is what I fount:
Zinc Deficiencies:
Deficiencies appear as chlorosis in the inter-veinal areas of new leaves producing a banding appearance as seen in figure 18. This may be accompany reduction of leaf size and a shortening between internodes. Leaf margins are often distorted or wrinkled. Branch terminals of fruit will die back in severe cases.

After giving both my plants some Earth juice micro blast my one plant perked back up and my other one is still droopy, sluggish, and small. I just foliar feed it now. Hopefully it will start to perk back up. My one plant that is droopy seems to be such a sensitive plant. The other just grows with out much problem. I think I may have put to much dolomite lime in my soil for the one plant that is droopy. I didn't really measure it out. Just grabber a hand full and mixed it in the soil.

When you transplanted did you add anything else to the hyponex? Like perlite, bone meal etc? Straight hyponex is not the best hon. How long since you transplanted them? How long as she been droopy?

she has totally perked back up. she is short and bushy with sativa leaf structure, the one that was really droopy! but between internodes the leaves are so close. Now I just feed then 1/4 strength microblast to there roots and added some peat moss on top because there was alot of room on top of pot.

My mix is 6 parts hyponex, 2 parts perlite, and 2 parts worm casting.

Next time you mix your soil add more perlite to it. You need 40% perlite in that mix. The worm castings are great. Here is a good recipe for soil. Hope it helps you.

some picture of my girls. sorry for picture quality. It was taken with my camera phone. I can't afford a camera. If you guys know where I can order a decent camera let me know. PM me.

So my plants have stop the stretch and are filling in nicely. I did some triming of some leafs that were blocking some bud sight. I also cut a bunch of leaves off down at the bottom of plant so the plant can focus its energy up at the top for the buds. I also changed my reflectore to a cool tube. It give me allot more room in my small tent. my tent size is 2' by 2' by 4'7 feet tall.

I am slowly increasing the bloom formula with some earth juice by it self. Before I was giving just technoflore nuts every 3rd watering. Now I am adding 1ml per gallon divided between the two plants of earth juice bloom days on no nuts. 3 weeks to go for my plants flushing. My plants are doing really well thanks to GP. Thanks guys for helping. I will take more pictures often now that I figured out how to use my camera phone.

up date. got 3 more weeks to go. I cut some fan leafs away that were blocking some buds. I also gave them a tsp of grow formula. I don't know why I did but hopefully they won't get sick. I figure they needed a little more nitrogen cause some leafs were yellow I feel that its to early for that. Hopefully I didn't mess them up. I should of just watered. I'll just water them with just plain water next two waterings.

there starting to fill in nicely. the one plant that i striped early on, the buds are alot more swelled than the plant that i did not strip. So striping lower stems and small buds really help. it focuses its energy at the top of the plant. So i will strip the one plant of its small lower stems and small buds tommorrow. the picture is the plant that has been stripped early on. boy does it make a difference.
