Default My first grow/journal

Okay I've been thinking about doing this and finally said just do it, so heres my attempt at a journal.

I'm growing 3 different strains/ 8 plants..3 reg, 2 really good mids, 3 Feminized A.M.S. seeds from Green House Seed Co. (purchased from Dr. Chronic)

I am currently using Foxfarm nutes and a soilless mix of 1/3 each peat moss, vermiculite, perlite.

I'm currently in 2nd-3rd week of veg for the bagseeds and A.M.S's are a little over a week out of the dirt. I'm using a 400 watt Eye Hortilux MH conversion bulb for veg and Eye Hortilux Super HPS for flower. They are on a 18/6 cycle.

If I missed something just ask as I love questions and comments just as much as you guys like pics...so..with that said...pics time!!!!

These pics were taken around midnight on the 9th the next ones were the NEXT day. For the record i'm high when taking these pics so they may not be the best

looks great so far, nice tight node gaps, healthy looking leaves, not too stretchy, looking forward to seeing these babies grow up.

for yellowing on upper growing leaves it could be a number of things...

SULFUR (S) Plants suffering from S deficiencies exhibit yellowing of new growth. Mix one tablespoon of Epsom salts per gallon of water conservatively until condition improves.
IRON (Fe) Leaves on growing shoots turn pale and veins remain dark green. pH imbalances make iron insoluble. Foliar feed with chemical fertilizer containing Fe.

For yellowing bottom leaves it could be a N,P or K deficiency among other things. if only tips are yellowing or curling under and appear brownish or burnt, its general over-fertilization in most cases.

How long have you been feeding them nutes??
Such little ones don't really need anything but water.. And in your first set of pic's I seen water on the leaves, This could burn them under that 400. Careful.

The nutes came with a schedule that i'm going by (sorta kinda, for the most part) they've only been under the HID for a few days they were started with 2 42 watt cfl's until the HID came in the mail. they seem to be doing great under it..I notice changes through out the day faster than when under cfl's. I spray them when i pull them out to water them but i usually get the big drops off before i put them back.
