|  Day 55 trichomes ok so i was looking at the trichomes today so i figured id take a picture or 2. I was also wondering if anyone checks the trichs on there street weed? ive done it a bunch of times and rarely find an amber trichome?? its just all cloudy mostly all the time. anyone else have anything similar. im guessing its either coincidence, or thats just how commercial harvests go. they get cut when the grower feels like it not when they are fully mature.

| pictures from today enojoy! i especially like the pic from the top angle, looks very frosty!!! ive been checking the trichomes on a constant basis and they appear to still be 95 - 100% cloudy. seen a couple amber ones and one or two clear every so often. every leaf tip looks a bit brown and crisp but other than that this beauty is well on her way to glory

| Niceee it's looking real good. Definitely wait for those buds to fill in a bit more and you'll be set. Let me tell you one thing though, the buds lose A LOT of weight during the drying process so those nuggets that look huge will end up as a compact little potent nugget so letting them fill in is helpful. The first bud I took was about the size of the ones on your lower and middle branches and you can see how much smaller it got. Also, you should check the trics on each bud separately if you aren't already because each bud's tric development is different I've noticed. I'm sure you already know that but just a heads up in case you were basing it on a trimmed leaf from one bud. Judging by my experience with drying and weighing the final product I'd make a guess that we'd both end up with almost a half oz from each plant. Try weighing one of the buds after they are dry and you'll get a better idea of how much you're actually growing.
