Looks wonderful. You are doing well. If you want to laugh, look at the first few pages of my journal and you will see what mine looked like not too long ago! Yours look WONDERFUL! Stop fussing and let them grow!

They look really healthy and happy. Good work.

heres another newb question for those watching. The "water leaves" or whatever kids call them these days, do they eventually fall off? I noticed one of them was somewhat yellowish right before the lights went out. Trying not to worry but i just want to make sure nothing is wrong.

Yes, they fall off when they are ready. It is quite naturall. No worries, mr. wart!! Just means your babies are growing up!

today is 2 weeks and they look good. im just gonna take pictures every monday from now on so its not like every new leaf i take a pic. so basically unless theres a problem that i need help with, ill go by weeks with updates instead of hours LoL.
I forgot to take pics of the new seedlings again but basically what i did was have them stretch themselves a bit cause the soil level was a little lower than it should have been, then i topped it up to within an inch of the rim.

so heres some pics of my new design of the grow space, and some fresh pics.
-enjoy

ok a noticed a little yellowing on one of the main lower leaves. 1 of the water leaves has withered and the second looks like its about to do the same i know that, that should be normal. but what has me worried is the edge of the first main leaf. Im sure this could just be me worrying too much but i was reading the "med's for sick plants" thread and my semi-hypochondriac senses are telling me it could be nutrients, mainly nitrogen... what else do you think it could be. i dont have a pic of it and im not so worried as to act right away as i think it could be fine. but id just like to know what you think.

*edit - 6am the leaf tips seem to have little brown marks on them. its only the bottom 2 leaves (not including the water leaves)

Without pics, it's hard to tell. Have you fed them? You shouldn't feed for the first couple of weeks. Then, very lightly. It sounds like a little nute burn. Probably too much nitrogen. If it doesn't get any worse, it should be ok, as long as you don't overfeed them. I find that, whatever instructions come with a fertilizer, I use way less. It is easier to correct an under-feeding problem than an over-feeding issue.

leaves are still looking the same so what im thinking is that they might have gotten a little burned when i transplanted them, but that was last week so im not sure. but on the plus side they havent gotten worse and all new growth looks healthy so i think im good.
i changed my light set up from the tubes to a 4 cfl set up using all 6500k, 1600lumens each, 26=100watt, daylight bulbs. its a lot more lumens than the tubes were putting out and they are all the same color temp. so hopefully that will make them grow a little quicker/fuller
