Hi there and welcome to my first grow part II. The reason I called it part II was I lost all my babies due to a poor environment in my old place. Now that I've moved it is a much improved situation for me and my plants.
So, here I go again. I only have 5 babies to start and they are about 2 1/2 weeks old. I'm running under a 4ft floro for the veg right now. The temp is steady at 76 degrees F. and humidity is 45-50%. I do have a fan blowing on them and I just gave them some nutes 1/4% strength on Sat. They seem to be okay at 4-6 inches tall.
They are Blueberry Hashplant Indica's. I'm building a flower room and will take some clones from these hoping to get a few females out of the 5 I have now. Flowering under 400 hps in a 4x4x7 tall constructed room.
Those plants are looking sweet. They are ready for a new pot to stretch there feet alittle.Nice looking all green and bushy. They got a good daddy.Keep us posted.Peace
I wanted to show an update today just to check progress and thoughts of what is next.
Toke suggested Monday I should replant them and I agree I'm also wondering if I should pinch the tops of the 2 taller plants and leave the other 3 until they get a bit bigger? The 2 bigger plants have lots of new growth everywhere out of every node. The 2 taller plants are 8" tall from soil I guess.
Also I am getting a bit of curl on the lower first and second sets of leaves with a bit of browning on tips?
Hi Lucky,
Awesome setup you have, the plants look great and will bounce back soon. My current run had that going on for a week, I was concerned, but they are thriving now just before "flower time".

Thanks G I was worried about them. Should I pinch the top of the bigger 2 and replant? Or is it too early for pinching top? They are at the 5th set of new leaves? Call me "nervous nelly" I guess it was a ruff night.
Lucky,
I would leave them alone to recover for now, then top them when they fully recover! You know what happens when living things get to much stress all at once.

I re-potted the 2 bigger plants yesterday and I'm trying to get my build done for the primary grow area. I have a 3' x 9' x 7' tall area waiting. I would like to have veg on one side 3' x 4' x 7' with the flower beside it with remaining 3' x 5' x 7' area. This way they are close together and easy to manage.
I have bought the wood strapping I need to find some panda plastic and I've looked at all the hardware stores and can't find it anywhere. The hydro store has it but crap it's expensive there. Oh well I need it.
Shinning I bought some soil from Walmart it was not the cheapest but seemed like it looked good. Here is a picture.
Thats the same stuff I just picked up to, for planting my seedlings in.
It should be good. I added a few things to mine. More perilite a little more dolomitic lime, some cow manure, rare earth and some mycorrhizae.
So far so good....
Here is an update on my little grow. I have had these in veg now for about 4 weeks now. The 2 biggest got re-potted last week and are really going nicely. Lots of new growth coming out of every little opening.
The other 3 are evening out and will be re-potted this week. I'm running out of room in my temp veg area. I am building 2 separate grow rooms and they should be done this weekend. It's our May long weekend here so if I'm feeling okay I will finish them off.
This will give me way more room to get into full gear on my futures grows. Takes so long and I'm not able to work at it as I normally could have.
The new growth at the tops of the plants are so green and lush. I had some leaf curl on the lower sets of leaves on a couple of the plants. They never got better or worse just the same. I am giving them 1/4 strength nutes only as it was there 2nd feeding.
