I'd be careful not to burn the little ones with the HPS light. Better to err on the side of caution then to wind up with crispers.
peace,
R

One thing with going outside then inside, you are taking a chance on bringing in creepie crawlies. I would leave them under the light only, say for 18 hrs on 6 off. I have my vegging plants under 24 hr light as well but start my seedlings under floroescents. Even cheap T-8's will do for the first few weeks. And they use a lot less power than your big light. Untill they get more leaves the big light is not really nessecary.
Here are some links: Basic Grow info from start to finish http://www.greenpassion.org/f16/growing-dummies-5927/
Plus read both the FAQ's, our own Green Passion one and one from Overgrow. Both are located on the home page, to your left.

i spray a lot of water on them to prevent burning an i adjusted the lamp on 60cm.when i say out in the sun i mean near my room balkony door behind the glass the sun is constant and strong this time of the year here so 10.00-19.00 is really nice for them.thanks for the links people very helpfull but i'm still confused about 24/0 18/6 which one is better for seedlings and when to switch to 18/6 for vegging?i can't buy anything else right now because i spent all my savings for the 400w and some extra to build the grow room so i have to make it with what i have
day 4 and 5 photoes (sorry for the quality its from a cell phone i'll try to find something beter)

You have to make sure there are not beads of water sitting on the leafs when the light hits it. These beads of water can act as magnifying glasses and burn your leaves. From this point on you will give your little seedlings either 18 or 24 hours of sunlight per day. Some people say 24 hours gives faster growth and others say that 18 hours is better as it gives the plants some time to rest. Given that you are using such a large light for such little plants I would, at least initially, go for 18 hours of light.
And while those photos may not be gallery quality they certainly let us know what stage your grow is in, thanks!
peace,
R
PS. What do you mean by "strong this time of the year here so 10.00-19.00 is really nice for them.". Is this the number of hours of light you are supplying the plants?

Ron,
military time.
10:00 = 10am
17:00 = 5pm
takitsan
24/0 or
18/6 is your call. either works.
I like 18/6 so the plants rest and the dial on my electricity slows down a bit.
I also prefer 2ft flourescent lights to mh/hps for veg simply for cost of power/equipment savings.
gonna be a real expensive sack of self grown weed using hps for the full life cycle...
