No not 100% but it looks to me like they all have male pre flowers. 1 ,for sure has a small cluster. I started with 5 seeds. Those are in flower now, and like I said most look like males. All the clones I have came from them or from a clone of one of them. Sound like I need to start over. Glad I got a film can full of seeds. Im going to let them go 1 more day, but Im almost sure they will become oil. It doesnt really suprise me, the plants went thru alot of stress. On more than one occasion they suffered heat stress.some days it was 89 to 90 degrees in my room. In the 4th week of veg I changed from 500watts of cfl's to 250watts mh. And a few other issues. Well I guess Ill go germinate some seeds.

and sadly Fman, GreenGoblin is right, if the donors are male, all cuts will
be male as well.

in the future you could take a cutting when the plant is about 4 weeks old,
even if that means topping it. then, with the time it takes to root the cut,
then veg it for a week or 2 to be sure it took, it will be old enough to
flower it or the donor. i'd suggest flowering the cut 'cause you're only
looking to sex the plant. then, once you know which plants are fems,
you just populate your flower room with cuts from the girls.

anyway, that's what i did ending up with 2 girls out of 6 donors.
i now only have the better of the 2 which i am using to put 6
cuts per week into my little SOG.

sorry all yours are boys, although i'd wait another week or 2 to be
sure before chopping all of them. good luck man

It can be deceptive, fman. Take pics if you can, as calyx's can look like balls in the early stages. just post some pics and we will help.

I tried to take some pics ,but my cam doesnt focus that close. I know its early, they have only been in flower 6 days. The plants are in their 9th week. The one that has the clusters Im sure is male , the others Ill give a day or so . The plants are growing fast under the 400 watt hps , so Im sure it wont take too long . And You people HAVE already helped.

really man, jangel is right, this early, even the girls can be mistaken
for boys, 6 days isn't long enough to tell reliably, wait a week longer.

not only that but 9 weeks is maybe too young to flower anyway.
do you have alternating growth yet? if not, it's too soon to flower

Yes there is alternating growth. I know I seem kinda peronoid, but last year I moved too slow and the other 3 plants I had growing got polenated and started growing seeds. The pot was still the stinkiest , stickiest stuff Id ever seen, but it had seeds. The male I took out in the backyard and planted it in the dirt, then let it grow all summer. The male got a little over 4' tall, and was the darkest purple bush Ive ever seen. I mean the whole plant was purple. The stuff Im trying to grow now is the same strain of seeds, just some commiceral mexican "Buget Bud". I got a whole film can full of seeds, so Ill just try again.

Hey Fman. I was just thinking about this, and have a question. Do think that some of the plants were/are females that went hermie due to stress? I was just thinking that if they did.. the clones would maybe not be male? I don't know for sure.. but thought I would throw the question out there for someone else with more experience to chime in. Would a clone from hermie have potential to be a female? How does it work?

I can only hope. I guess it could. Dont plants hermi, after they mature, then switch teams, so to speak. Ive got enough grow space to try. The clones in veg spouted roots about 5 days before they went under the 250mh, and have been in veg for the same 6 days, that the others have been in flower. In another 8 days I was going to move them to flower, but I might move 1 early just to see what happens. Either way Ive already started germinating more seeds. When those sprout Ill start a journal for them.
