With a 600W MH you should be able to flower shortly. I would shoot for 30 days minimum veg time before switching to 12/12.

Thats considering everything else is right...temps, nute, light distance from plants, pot size, air flow etc.

But it shouldnt take you long to veg up to size with a light like that. I use a 400Watt and veg for about 30 days. I would veg a few weeks more but my height space is limited in my closet.

Once you switch to 12/12....flower time will largely be strain dependant. Some finish quicker than others.

Your plants will love those lights you have.

I am going to water them tonight as mostly the top couple of inches is dry on each pot. Still lovely warm and damp a lil lower. I was thinking of running the shower on a gentle flow at a luke warm temp and giving each pot a real good soaking. Then using the litre of water with 3ml guardian angel for roots i plan on misting the lot. Does this all sound correct buddy or am i a little over zealous and should just water them and leave them be?

You should read AzGrOw-N-sMoKeS thread on soil growing, it's really good.
I'm a hydro guy myself, but you look good so far. Patience is big part of it. And research.
Peace

I wouldnt shower them like that...You'll end up flushing nutrients out of the soil before the plants can use them.

If your soil is damp wait until it dries out a bit more before watering again. Not completely dry...but dry enough. The roots need air too. Not just moisture.

I gave them a decent wetting nothing over the top. Soil is nice and damp this morning and it might just be my eyes but everything has taken on a newer green look. U know when the leaves look full of water and need a few hours of sun. Not much speed in growth as of yet but each baby is showing definite signs of improvement. Knew shoots/leaves and overall size, thickness of plant. As i say not much but i am expecting significant changes sooner rather than later as the temp and humidty in there feel spot on. I am sure they have nearly if not completed the rooting through rockwool stage. So its green fingers crossed and we shud be in the veg/growing stage..........yey

A good pal came round and put some order to my room. They are all now in smaller pots and numbered for monitoring purposes.
