Smile 24 hours after last transplant

I did the final transplant and laid the 2 plants over as far as they would go. I then tried to gently weave the branches to form an even canopy. 24 hours later this is my result. I've added a pic of one of the plants I started with (the yellow leaves were trimmed).

peace,
R

Thumbs up

HOLLY HANABEL LECTOR!

YOU ARE FRIGGIN BRILLIANT MAN!

Is that a laundry hanger uper thingie? what a great Idea! You should post this as a how to in the DIY section. It is really a smart way to do it. I am as impressed as all hell. Good for you, Ron. Those girls will love this.

I can see you maybe having to weave through some support the other way too, eventually, but that is no problem.

I really like it. Good for you and I want to see all the steps as it grows.

Great job!!!!

YOUR SCROGIN' NOW BABES!!!

thanks jangel! FYI it was you who gave me the idea to do this as I was checking out the LST threads you started. It is an upside down table that had a thick wire base (very ugly table at that, lol). I must have ripped apart my garden setup 10 times during veg but I'm pretty convinced what I have now will work till harvest. That and I don't want to disturb the girls while they bulk up.

i agree, nice job with the SCROG, hope it yields you some ass-kick

oh and, lol, all us DIY'ers get to rip shit out, re-think, rip some more
shit out, re-think, tweak, maybe rip just a little shit out, rethink,
redesign, rip shit out and completely rebuild, rethink ...

lol, you get the idea. for me at least, i've found that 'on the cheap'
is often more costly than just breaking down and buying the right
thing the first time. although i have to say that the experience i've
gained as a DIY'er is priceless, far superior to the knowledge i'd
have gained if i'd just bought a kit at the Hydro store.

keep up the good work man

Ron can you post a pic of what the table looks like? I can see herds of stoners going through thrift shops hunting for this type of table, man!!!! Can't ya see it???? stoners driving like turtles, giving half peace signs to little old ladies as they cut them off taking parking spots with their little cars in front of Sally anns all over the country! ROTFLMAO! What do ya think Scott? (aaaarrrrrr ar!)

If you can take a shot of just what the base looks like, so then people (and me) can improvise from there.

Good thinking man. I really like this. Just up my alley !

Thanks for all the kind replies.

Gee, the table is kinda covered in green right now jangle ;-) There is nothing special about it, just a upside down junker (20+ years old) I had stuff piled on top of. Anything square-ish with a wire base would work. I've included an updated picture that shows the growth of the last 9 days and a closer look at the infamous table.

Hmm, that reminds me I need to redo the DIY carbon filter. I know I could get it to work better if ...
