Default When to put seedlings under light?

I already have plants under my 450w light and they are about 1 month old. I have new seedlings now and I am wondering if it would be ok to put them under the light with the older ones. I currently run the light 18 hours on and 6 off. I don't want to fry the babies.

Just keep them farther from the light for a few days. Bring them closer to the light gradually. 450what?

BTW. Welcome to GP

welcome :-D. keep those babies 3-4 ft away from that strong light for the first week or two. gradually move them closer as they begin to get more leaves.

Just introduce them to the big light slowly and all should be fine. Start several feet away and then lower the light gradually.
