I think that is the same lamp I am running on my 1000W system. It is the Eye Hortilux Super Blue. It has a 600W HPS + a 400W MH (blue) in the same lamp.
That sucker is BLUE too, but you can't see it unless you really look at a plant closely..then you can see both the red and blue at the same time. I set my hand under the lamp last night, and on the right side you could see the blue, and red on the left of my hand...very odd! EYE Hortilux SUPER BLUE
I'll try and get a pic of this phenomenon tommorow. Really strange to see when you've had a few bowls!
I think I paid about $180 for the lamp, but have seen it on sites for as much as $250. Spendy devil, but it gets it done in fine fashion!

i actually have the MH super bulb. I know of a Hortilux blue that has a more balanced spectrum with added uvb i believe. while the super bulb has a slightly higher overall lumen output than the regular blue. The 400 w mh hortilux blue should retail at 99.99 USD
I suppose the Super blue is to the blue, as to the super bulb is to a replacement like bulb. 400W MH Hortilux Blue - NEW! @ FUTUREGARDEN.COM

Unfortunately, the 1000W Super Blue only has a 6000 hr. life span, and I prefer to change the lamps at 50% of their life so the big downward spiral in performance is avoided. In this case, dropping $200 on a lamp every 5 months is more than I care to invest.
The one I'm running now has a 10,000 life span, so I get about 3 more months from it. That's 2 lamps in 16 months vs. 3.
If it wasn't for that I would get one!
