Hey guy's. I need to replace my 400watt Metal Halide Bulb. Can I shut the lamp off safely for awhile and let it cool then change it without stressing or harming my 7 day seedlings? Need to do some wiring cleanup as well so it may be off for a couple hours. It's been on non stop now since they sprouted 7 days ago and I just dont wanna screw em up in anyway. I wanna take the smh bulb out and replace it with a new Hortilux400 watter I have. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Could I put the seedlings near the window for some sunlight for a bit? It's pretty warm by the window.
Lemme know what ya think.
Peace,

That should be fine for a little while.
If you could shine some type of light on them the better.
But a short interuption won't hurt them...
Peace
and
good luck Quote:

Cant hurt at this stage, but get them under the high quality light ASAP.
