i ordered a 600w hps light kit from these guys and i got it today when i hooked it up it was non functional i called them and they were totally cool we did some troubleshooting but nothing so to my surprise they went ahead and sent me a whole new kit out the same day they just told me when i get the new one send back the old one...awesome every other company makes you send your stuff back first then they send you new stuff they will be supplying my growing needs from here on in

yep. I had that happen with a cooltube, but it was htgsupply. He never asked me to send the old one back, they just replaced it.

I contacted htgsupply about a 400wMH conversion bulb that died after a week, through their website. It's been more than 2 weeks, and I haven't heard from them. Guess I'll have to use the damn phone. I hate phones.

Or use hidhut.com form now on, especially considering they pay for our prizes. Also, hidhut's quality is a step above htg's.

yeah, the guy is really easy to talk to on the phone, but after that things roll right along. email is not so easy lol

is there shipping discreate or does it say from hidhut.com or anything else that could make people think i'm growing i useuly order from wormsway but i noticed the last time they shipped to me that it said wormsway on the boxs
