So, my foaf had a 150W hps from the home de-pot and it came with the sensor on the top. so not sure how to get it to turn on and off. Do you have to disassemble the fixture to get rid of the sensor thing. Are there any forums you might know of with some step by steps on doing this

Cover the sensor with black electrical tape. It fools it into thinking it's dark out and the light will stay on. And use a timer to turn it on and off.

open it up find wire coming from transformer to sensor cut it then take other large wire coming out of the sensor and join them

yeah what ken kennif said i think the sensor'll be a movement one not a light one i may be wrong i think mogie did something bout it on rollitup
