Default T-5 Questions

Whats up everyone. I got some input ans question myself. Ok I can get a 3' two bulb fixture at Home Depot for $30. It is a 21w T-5. I was thinking of buying two of these for my little personal porch grow. Does this seem like it will work well or not? Also if I do end up buying these fixtures does it mean I can only use 21w lights in those fixtures? Also will I be able to use HO bulbs in the fixtures?? Im trying to get this up and rolling so any info would be great. ps. *********************************.

t-5 ho is what is good for veg the 32 watt is only good for keeping moms unless of coarse you run several of them then a other light source is probably a cheaper and better way of going.no a high output bulb has a different ballast built in the light fixture.hope this helps.
