Regarding the smell of your plants I would say that I had the same experience with mine. At some points during flower the plant would smell really potent and then it would seem as if my nose got "used" to the smell and didn't hit me as much. I think it was an hour or two after watering when the plant was doing the most of it's 'work' that it would give off a strong smell. Also, when you squeeze the buds or move the plant it tends to give off it's scent.
But then when other people came into the room they immediately smelled the plants without even knowing they were in there. I also notice if you leave your house and then return and take a nice wiff right as you enter the room you will smell it pretty good.
Like others said, I think your nose just gets clogged up with a certain scent that it grows a tolerance to it. I probably sniffed these things twice a day which probably could make that a possibility!
They still smell strong and potent....don't think those girls gave up on you. Wait till you harvest and they'll make sure to kick you in the ass for doubting them! haha jk |
