I am going to steal some from my sweetie's shop so I want to make sure I steal the right ones! LOL!

I have 2 ft ones I use for my clones and I also have t-5's in 2 ft, but I need these other places.
I have 4 single bulb T8 fixtures in my veg box for 2ft long T8 bulbs - so the shortest T8 bulb form. The more common one is the T8 with 4ft which also got a little higher lumen output then the short 2ft ones.

I used my normal Vegging tubes for the experiment with blue 6500K / Cool Light which are in the same spectrum as MH-bulbs. For flowering the spectrum isn't optimal as it is to far on the blue side and flowering takes more red light (HPS therefor 2700K), so if you don't want to exactly erasable my little experiment you should go for a couple new tubes in 2700K / Warm light.

Love ya Green!
For that task a set of double T8s with 6500K tubes will be fine, they will wisted anyways when returning from flowering to vegetative state. You might have to trim them later on that way Jangel, but those cuttings can be turned into clones as well.

Okay! I get it now! So if I have a 2 tube, 4 foot fixture with 6500k lumens and some cfl light bars with 2700k bulbs (1 per fixture) in there it will be sufficient for vegging them. I will be using my 400w HID for flowering so that is good.

Thank you very much my friend....

Love you!

Your shatz...

Wink

i have several budsicles I want to reveg. then try and flower again. But they will take some room and i have other clones and seedlings coming along too. So i have to make better use of what I have and add to it to make it work best for my needs.
This is why I am adding the bigger florescent tubes, in my veg room where I have a 3 ft hieght to do it.
