I gotta smoke in my bathroom during the day so to not take chances. We found one house, but I am trying to talk the owners into letting me do some repair work for the deposit. They want a $400.00 deposit plus two months rent up front, rent being a mere $460.00 a month for a 3 bedroom house. Not bad considering I am paying $470 a month for a 2 bedroom apt right now.
well not to worry fatman all i got is time.

Yeah, prices are different on the west coast, it cost more when I lived in Seattle. In the south though, it's not too bad, but could be better. The house is nice though, I'd say it would run about 1600 a mo or so in Edmonds, WA/N. Seattle

Fatman,

Sorry I missed this thread earlier...

I run a Pondmaster AP-40, and it can handle just about anything you want to do with it. I got the 14 point diffuser (air splitter), and used 'em all. Several DWC buckets, the res's for my ebb/flo and aeriating storage water bins as well...all at once! It will be the ONLY pump you'll need.

Can be a bit noisy compared to the little aquarium pumps, but it's certainly not overwhelming. I mounted mine up high, then ran the 5/8" hose down to floor level before attaching the diffuser. Made it much easier to keep the lines straight!

ISO, that is some sound science you're dropping there, my friend. I haven't used one this big yet, so hose management didn't even come to mind, lol.

But, yeah, I am definitely looking forward to it. I'm gonna have the perfect setup. Well, in my opinion.

We're getting a three bedroom so that I can turn the third bedroom into an office. I am gonna use the closet as a grow room. I think it's perfect. because when I am in there, the closet door will be locked, and when I am not in my office, it's off limits to everyone else, so it'll be locked in addition to the lock on the closet.
I can't wait. Oh man, I cannot wait! I am so sick of paying outrageous prices.
