sure it is saleable, a good salesman sells you your own mother twice over, but does this leave you with 3 mothers? i would say no

if you want to kill molecules that are the smell you have two ways to do so:
1) you filter them out, that takes a good fine filter and an absorber material (activ. coal)
2) you destroy them, so you need something that chemically alters the molecule to something else. O3, common known as ozone can do such things but it takes a lot of that stuff and it is highly toxic in concentration that can do the trick.

the idea to use a CFL to create a little bit O3 by producing UV-rays is a bullshit approche you either go with real UV tubes for the job or you leave this alone

Hey Mycell,You want good ventilation for your grow and that air fresher will not do both jobs. The key to health plants is good air movement.By doing so you bring to the plant o2,co2,h2o and alot more that's in the air that any plant needs. In my cab I have two big fans and two of the 3x3 muffle fans,in the bottom 200cfm pushing air into the cab and on top 300cfm pulling air from the cab through the light and exhausted out the top.The two 3x3 fans moving air around inside the cab.You can think of it like this Stand in a large closed box and breath for 20 mins you will use up almost all the o2 and you will find it getting hard to breath. There no freash o2.The plants are the same, they will find it hard to breath too and show you they need more air moving around them.If your space is that small you can use two 3x3 fans. One for intake and one for exhaust.Problem solved.Peace

I use the Oust fans to move humidity in my cigar humidor but while it does a great job in moving moist air around a small space it will have no affect as compared to a small asolating fan to mimic wind.

Happy growing
