Hmmm...well, how tall are they (now) and how high do you have room to flower? What light are you flowering under? Plants will get a big few growth spurts in flower, sometimes gaining 50% (and more) in height.

I would definitely veg awhile longer. You want to get the most yield possible, obviously, , if you run out of room, just tie those bad girls down. Keep 'em happy and make 'em fat! When it comes to maryjane, I love fat chicks!!

well, make sure those cfl's are good and close bro. and add more as you go, there not expensive(thank God), and you'll want a lot more light come 12/12 time homie.

Light her from the top down. I would consider removing the smaller branches down low, as they will not produce much bud even in good light, and draw a lot of energy from the plant you want going into where the light is at...

2200k CFL's are inexpensive right now...Walgreens has them 4/$1.00..just pile 'em in there, or pick up and old bathroom light fixture at a 2nd hand store and use the 2-into-1 "Y" connectors, doubling the capacity for lamps.
