Try Light bulbs, Rope Lights, Halogen and Fluorescent bulb - 1000-Bulbs - The Light Bulb Superstore
I've used them before, very good to deal with.
Peace

Hey Cheifa. I would go to wally world. (wallmart) and see what they have. I got many of mine there and no need to order on line. Home depot is good as well. Do some research as to what to look for. Pay special attention to the lumens. You need 5400k to 6500k lumens for veg and 2400 to 2700k Lumens for flower. Mix them up a bit for the best results, so for veg use 75% of the higher ones and 25% of the lower ones and for flower, reverse it.

Just so you know, the 6500K are harder to find and cost more, like 10 bucks a bulb. GE makes good ones,as well as....sh*** having a brain fart, can't think of the name...a good quality maker anyway, if Home depot, and you can find similiar ones at wally world. ....nothing illegal about going green, bud! CFL's are kewl!

P.S. Phillips is the one I was scanning the gray matter for!

my favorite
Discount CFL Compact Fluorescent Grow Lights for Plants from ACF Greenhouses
also
Compact Fluorescent Plant Grow Lights & Fixtures by Hydrofarm at Home Harvest Garden Supply
both site also have some helpful info on different lighting options and cfl set-ups...check em' out even if you don't buy from them

These sites feture the larger size CFL's I like - their efficiency in converting watts to lumens is much higher than small cfl's and gets nearer the efficiency of HIDs

125 & 200 Watt CFL - Compact Fluorescent Grow Lights
These CFL grow lights are available in 125 & 200 watt models. The 2700k bulb provides increased output in the red spectrum which promotes flowering & budding in plants. The 6400k & 5000K bulbs are full spectrum bulb which promotes overall plant growth. 125 watt bulbs are 8,500 lumens. 200 watt bulbs are 12,800 lumens. Average life is 10,000 hours. Requires a larger mogul fixture or socket and 110/120 volt outlet. Size 14" x 4" (125w) 14" x 5" (200w)
Regular Price $70 & $125These are my fav's from the first site...tried other large CFL's but they were hotter with less lumens....these seem well built and worked nicely for me. I prefer the 125w (up to four of them towards the end...one for seedlings and two for early veg) for my small grows of 6 plants in a 2x4 space

Thanks Scott. I have seen these before but never considered them. I also saw these at Home depot. Are they the same or not the right light spectrum? I just can't face importing them to Canada. Last time it worked out to over a 100$ in shipping, taxes and duty. PITA! A third more for something that is made here, shipped to the U.S., sold cheaper than I can get it here and then pay up the nose to re-import it. Just rubs me the wrong way!!!

I got mine at 100bulbs.com 150 watt 5000k.Year ago I looked at them and they had it for $22.95.I ordered it right away. They called and said I could not get any more at that price they posted the wrong price, but sold that one to me at $22.95.Now they are still priced low at $42.95. Good poeple to deal with. They help you out with the best shipping and good service. Peace

I tried a similar bulb from 1000 lights but it ran much hotter than 125w bulbs I got from the other site...with the import fees though it may be too much and 1000 bulbs did give good descriptions and fast shipping at a good price
