i have 2 150w t4 2700k 2700Lumens or 100w 5500k 1400 lumens. which ones should i use in my seedling/veg box?(my plants will only be in there till about 3 nodes then into 400w mh

Yea I read it but got confused. I no about kelvin but what I got from the article was that more lumens was more beneficial. That is where I got stumped. Being where my flowering cfl's have way more lumens(5400) I thought it would be more productive than the 2800 my day light bulbs put out.

kelvin is a measure of the shade of light or the wavelength ie warm red or cool white

lumens are the intesity of the light

you want just about as many lumen as possible but folk prefer the lower kelvin for flower the higher kelvin for veg....and some use a mix
