so, what do you think i'll harvest??? my girls about 3 feet and she's been growing under cfl's... we just recently put in 3 extra 100 watt equiv. cfl's and she's been showing alot of love. from what i've heard, there is no such thing as too much light.

how about 400 actual watts of cfl power??? how would that fair against a 400 watt hid?

I have no idea how much you'll harvest.

So far as 400 watts of cfl against a 400 watt hid, the cfl's will put off more heat, and the hid will grow it better.

specialized mods? lol

i guess rose would be the prime subject here; i've used cfl's, and know my background on them (rose, warm spec is 2300-3200k, cool is 5600-6500k)

i can say this; flouro's vs hid is just not fairl. hid's win.

Color rating - Measured in Kelvin (K). The higher the number, the more bluish the light. 4000K-7000K is mostly on the blue side of the spectrum for Vegging or GROWING, while 3000K and under goes from a white spectrum, to a redder spectrum and is best for BLOOMING or FLOWERING.
